Hi! My name is Madilyn Brown. I am a transaction coordinator and founder of Mockingbird Transactions. I started my business after working in the Real Estate industry in transaction management for the last 4 years, and I found my passion in assisting with the home buying or home selling journey. Outside of my work-from-home office, I am a mom of two,  I have been married for 6 years, and I have a sweet black lab named Ranger. I am a former military spouse turned firefighter wife, and I have a huge heart for helping clients/families and the real estate agents that serve them.
